You may use this monogram on unlimited personal or commercial products but you CANNOT RESELL the file in it's original format.
MONOGRAM COLOUR
Your monogram will be provided in black and white versions And you may also request a custom colour.
The AI file in your download package allows you to change the colour of the monogram. You will need an app or software such as adobe illustrator to open and edit your AI file.
Alternatively, you may change the colour of the PNG files in your download using free online programs including canva.
This monogram will be made to order, personalised with your initials.

You will receive your initial design proposal via email within 48hrs and you may request up to 2 rounds of design revisions.

Once you're happy with the final design, you will receive your monogram files via email , ready for you to use .

When will I receive my monogram?
You will receive your initial monogram design proposal within 48 hours (Monday - Friday). Your final monogram files will be sent to you shortly after you have approved your design.
Can I request design revisions?
Yes. After receiving your initial design proposal you are entitled to request up to 2 rounds of design revisions to ensure that you are happy with the final result. If you require additional revisions there will be a small fee.
How will I receive my final files?
Your final monogram files will be delivered to you via email. No physical item will be shipped.
What is the refund policy?
As this is a custom design service, refunds are not available once design work has commenced. If you choose to cancel your order prior to design work commencing, then you are entitled to a full refund.
