You will receive your initial design proposal via email within 5 business days and you may request up to 2 rounds of design revisions.
Once you're happy with the final design, you will receive your monogram files via email , ready for you to use .
You will receive your initial custom monogram design proposal within 5 business days. Your final, approved monogram files will be sent to you shortly after you have approved your design.
Yes. After receiving your initial design proposal you are entitled to request up to 2 rounds of design revisions to ensure that you are happy with the final result. If you require additional revisions there will be a small fee.
Your final monogram files will be delivered to you via email. No physical item will be shipped.
As this is a custom design service, refunds are not available once design work has commenced. If you choose to cancel your order prior to design work commencing, then you are entitled to a full refund.
